名古屋市内に3店舗を展開し、人文書で定評が高い専門書店。とりわけ本店では、人文・歴史・芸術部門が充実しており、店長の古田一晴氏は、『人文書のすすめ』［人文会発行］の選書、朝日新聞中部版の執筆でも知られている。

Bookshop famous for dealing with the cultural fields.  Among the three shops in Nagoya, the head office is enriched with culture, history and art publications.  Mr. Kazuharu Furuta, Shop Owner, is also known as the selector of "Jinbunsho no Susume" [The Recommended Culture Books] published by the Jinbunkai [association of publishers of cultural fields], and his contribution to the Chubu edition of the newspaper Asahi Shimbun.
